Group C & AIPEU Postmen and MTS are here by informed that urgent General
Body meeting will be conducted on 30.11.2013 at 06.15 PM at AIPEU BHAVAN,
Nalgonda to discuss about the following agenda items. All the members are here
by requested to attend the meeting without fail.
AGENDA:-
1.
Review of organization.
2.
Discussion on Local Problems.
3.
Discussion on Shortage of staff, non acceptance of
outsourcing persons by Divisional Administration to both the HOs.
4.
Non passing of CEA
5.
Harassment of divisional Administration regarding bogus
targets.
6.
Harassment of Mail overseers
and BPMs by Divisional Administration regarding irregular targets.
7.
Harassment of BPMs by
Divisional Administration regarding retention of cash in the previous years (Inspection
completed Period).
8.
Problems regarding cash conveyance from HO to SO and SO to BO
(As existing orders are not understandable and not clear).
9.
Regarding Pangal Delivery area included in Nalgonda HO.
10. No action from Divisional
Administration regarding memorandum given against IP Deverakonda.
11. Discussion on Irregular
orders given by Divisional Administration regarding medical permission.
12. Other items with
permission of the chair
